Frequently Asked Questions
No. We are sad to hear you broke a beloved piece of pottery. Unfortunately, there is no way to repair and re-fire broken pottery, china or ceramics; therefore Outlaw Pottery does not offer pottery repair services.
However, there is good news! You can repair the pot yourself by gluing the pieces together with E6000 Craft Adhesive, which you can purchase at Michael’s Crafts or Home Depot or on Amazon. If you want to be creative, buy a Kintsugi Gold Repair Kit from Amazon to fill the cracks with gold as the Japanese do. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold — built on the idea that in embracing flaws and imperfections, you can create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art.

No. Outlaw Pottery School specializes in hand-building and wheel-throwing classes using fresh stoneware clay that has to be bisque fired, then glazed, then high fired. Each piece of pottery our students make takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks to go from a blob of fresh, wet clay to a stoneware fired pot that can be used for cooking. We do not offer glazing or ceramic molds. However, our friends at Mimi’s Crafts in Satellite Beach and at Get Fired Up in Melbourne, FL offer ceramics painting.
